Adoption Circle - July Newsletter 2023

As we enter into August, we have a chance to look back to the events of July. We have definitely enjoyed the hot, summer temperatures and all the summer activities 😊.
July brought us the Fourth of July. We enjoyed seeing all the Fourth of July activities and the photos of our little ones. Couldn’t resist sharing the photo of this little firecracker. Baby “T” is adorable!
Christmas in July
Throughout the year, Adoption Circle works with families in need. If you were not able to provide a donation for a family in need, there is still time to do so. Please contact Kim@adoptioncircle.org to donate or to receive additional information.
Baby Dance Club
One of our adoptive couples runs the Flux Flow Dance Center. They recognize the importance of movement and exercise, and realize some individuals may not be able to do so because of their infants. At their dance center, Russell and Filippo offer the Baby Dance Club class. It is a 30 minute class for the parents and caregivers of babies 0-8 months of age. The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance. The in-person class is offered at the Flux Flow Dance Center in Columbus, Ohio and the class is also streamed virtually. Please go to Flux Flow Dance Center if you have an interest in the class.

Ohio Adoption Grant
Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 45 which went into effect April 7, 2023. The legislation created a new grant program to assist adoptive families in Ohio. Applicants can log onto the Ohio Adoption Grant Program (OAGP) Application site and apply online.
